“ (Last visited/ordered from 4/28/2023.) Checkers Pizza is that reliable old friends that's always there when you need them via the Slice app. Lol. let me explain. Atmosphere/Appearance: It's a flat out pizza joint tucked on the end of a crummy-looking plaza right off of the Berlin Turnpike. The parking lot is beat up and it's right next to a Target. Inside you have a TV off to the left playing some movie or whatever the employees there are watching at the time. Lol. There's like 4 chairs in here IN CASE you ever wanted to eat in, but you don't. This is the kind of place you can come in to grab a slice and smash or carry-out. You want to eat this food in the comfort of your own home. Service: There isn't much service. Lol. You walk in, say your name and pick up your stuff. This isn't a bad thing. Food: I've had several different pizzas here as well as every one of their wing flavors. The pizza is out of this world and it really is legit. It doesn't even matter the toppings, because they've knocked it out of the park with their base sauce, cheese and crust. For the wings I've tried the Hot, Lemon Pepper, Jamaican Jerk and Garlic Parmesan. My favorite of these is the Garlic Parmesan, but ALL of their wings are good. The jerk can be a bit salty. Value: It's a pizza joint. Lol. Act accordingly. Like I mentioned earlier, this place has always been good to me. They're open late, they deliver, the food is good and they've never done me wrong! Check them out if you get the munchies! ”

“ Probably our new go-to location for pizza and wings! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty their pizza was. The crust was perfect, and they actually use fresh mushrooms on their pizza! One big reason for not ordering mushrooms on my pizza anymore, was because several places were using the canned stuff. The pizza was especially good the next day, warmed in the oven on a pizza screen. Nice crunch crust with a touch of chewy! Their wings were also delicious! My BF loves their calzones, but you can't order them until later in the evening. Go figure. ”
